🎓 Explanation
In casual Japanese, questions are formed by using the plain form (dictionary form, ta-form, etc.) with a rising intonation at the end.
Unlike polite Japanese, the question particle か is usually omitted because it can sound too harsh or masculine in casual speech.
For nouns and na-adjectives, you simply drop the だ and say the word with a rising tone.
Adding の at the end is also common to make the question sound softer or to ask for an explanation.
