在高级英语口语中，为了提高效率，我们经常使用 Ellipsis (省略) 和 Substitution (替代)。
One/Ones 用于替代前面提到的可数名词，避免重复。例如：'the small one'。
So/Not 常跟在 think, hope, believe 等动词后，替代整个从句。
Do so 用于替代动词短语，使表达更正式、简洁。
I'll ask him to do so.
= '我会请他这样做。' (替代重复的动作)
